"My Music" on iTunes

Hey, "My Music" on iTunes doesn't show my entire library from my phone's Apple Music.

I am already logged in on iTunes and I can see the "For You" section as well as the "New" section from Apple Music. Basically, I'm trying to transfer music from my PC to my iPhone. And I just can't figure out how to get it to work. Thanks.
